Women and men are coming together in vast droves to imbibe and share new ales with creative and local food pairings. The vast array of tastes and flavour profiles of ales lends itself to an array of food styles. From spicy, salty, sweet and savoury-beer seems to be the new wine. British Columbia and the new creative chefs of Vancouver have stepped up to the beer plate and creatively paired new local micro brews with a local culinary adventure.
